Team Management

Manage users, roles, and permissions.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invitation

Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend if needed.

Roles

OWNER

Owner

Full access to everything including billing and team management.

  • • Manage billing and subscription
  • • Add/remove team members
  • • Delete organization
  • • All Admin permissions
ADMIN

Admin

Manage projects, scans, and integrations.

  • • Create and configure projects
  • • Manage API keys
  • • Configure integrations
  • • All Member permissions
MEMBER

Member

Run scans and view findings.

  • • Start and cancel scans
  • • View all findings
  • • Update finding status
  • • Export reports
VIEWER

Viewer

Read-only access to scan results.

  • • View scans and findings
  • • Download reports
  • • No modification permissions

Project-Level Permissions

Restrict access to specific projects:

  • Assign members to specific projects only
  • Combine with roles for granular control
  • Useful for agencies managing multiple clients
  • Configure in Project Settings → Access

SSO & SCIM

Enterprise features for larger teams:

  • SAML SSO: Single sign-on with your identity provider
  • SCIM: Automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning
  • JIT Provisioning: Users created on first login
  • Group Sync: Map IdP groups to Hacker Bot roles
